PRIVATE FEES SCALE
We are pleased to present our private scale of fees. This is intended for use as a guide.
Examination and Hygienist fees are set and are not subject to alternation. However, fees for fillings, crowns, veneers, bridgework etc are intended for use as a guide only.
Fees for treatment depend entirely on the complexity of the case and the time taken for professional services.
Dentistry is not a commodity service – fees are based on the time taken. This may be influenced by your own medical/dental health, your wishes and desires from treatment and your individuality – we are all different. People with small mouths and limited opening are more difficult to treat and take longer than someone with easier access. The individual’s level of anxiety can also have a huge influence on our time. Generally, more anxious patients need more time for the same treatment.
Another important factor that will influence the cost of treatment is the material used for the types of crown and bridgework that may be necessary to match your expectations and requirements.
Please note: all our laboratory work is carried out locally in laboratories by Technicians registered with the General Dental Council and whose premises have been inspected by us.
Following a consultation, we will provide you with a full written report and treatment plan, with an estimate for your individual treatment requirements.
You will always have the opportunity to consider this information very carefully before any treatment is undertaken.

The cost of Dental Implant Treatment
The cost of the treatment has to balance against the potential
benefits. Treatment with dental implants is generally more costly
than conventional dental treatment. When you commission work
from our clinic, you are commissioning the expertise of a team
of highly trained and experienced individuals - a team of people
behind the dentist. Your treatment will be carried out using
some of the best implant systems available anywhere in the world.

or more are available via independent brokers. Further details

Single Tooth Replacements - from £2,000
Multiple tooth replacements can be considerably cheaper per
tooth since bridges supported by implants can be provided (rather
than using one implant per tooth).
Options for Full-Denture Wearers
If you are a full-denture wearer a number of options exist.
However, anatomical considerations vary in each case. We will
be pleased to advise you of the options that best suit your
own situation and give formal quotations after the initial clinical
examination.
Options available for patients who have no remaining natural
teeth may include an overdenture option incorporating the use
of studs or a retentive bar, a permanently fixed denture (a
'fixed beam') or full arch fixed bridgework (normally 6 or 8
implants).
Over-Dentures
With Studs - from £4,000
This price is for an option including two implants in the lower
jaw.
With a Bar - from £6,000
This price is for an option including two implants in the lower
jaw.
Treatment of the upper jaw is generally more expensive than
cases involving the lower jaw. For example, an over denture
on a bar supported by four implants in the upper jaw would cost
about £10,000.
Fixed Bridges on Implants
Even though you currently have no natural teeth, it may be possible
to provide permanently fitted 'teeth' in the form of individual
crowns or a 'full' fixed bridge on implants. Anatomical and
financial considerations are likely to come into play. Fees
for a 'full' fixed bridge to replace a 'full denture' are typically
£12,000 - £18,000.
All Dental Implant treatment options are available with Intra-Venous
sedation without incurring additional cost.
