Treatment with dental implants is generally more costly than conventional dental treatment. When you commission work from our clinic, you are commissioning the expertise of a team of highly trained and experienced individuals - a team of people behind the dentist. Your treatment will be carried out using some of the best implant systems available anywhere in the world. Single Tooth Replacements - from £2,000 Multiple tooth replacements can be considerably cheaper per tooth since bridges supported by implants can be provided (rather than using one implant per tooth). Options for Full-Denture Wearers If you are a full-denture wearer a number of options exist. However, anatomical considerations vary in each case. We will be pleased to advise you of the options that best suit your own situation and give formal quotations after the initial clinical examination. Options available for patients who have no remaining natural teeth may include an overdenture option incorporating the use of studs or a retentive bar, a permanently fixed denture (a 'fixed beam') or full arch fixed bridgework (normally 6 or 8 implants). Over-Dentures With Studs - from £4,000 This price is for an option including two implants in the lower jaw. With a Bar - from £6,000 This price is for an option including two implants in the lower jaw. Treatment of the upper jaw is generally more expensive than cases involving the lower jaw. For example, an over denture on a bar supported by four implants in the upper jaw would cost about £10,000. Fixed Bridges on Implants Even though you currently have no natural teeth, it may be possible to provide permanently fitted 'teeth' in the form of individual crowns or a 'full' fixed bridge on implants. Anatomical and financial considerations are likely to come into play. Fees for a 'full' fixed bridge to replace a 'full denture' are typically £12,000 - £18,000.
