When planning tooth wear cases, we need to make a range of decisions. These decisions include whether to increase the occlusal vertical dimension; how much by; and how to sequence treatment for best predictability. We will discuss management strategies, along with reviewing the likely success of treatment, by looking at a number of clinical examples and an overview of the available evidence base.
